About Nancy

Since the age of 20, Nancy has been studying and working in the fields of both fine arts and healing arts. Her life work has been guided by this central purpose: that the arts have the power to uplift us. She experienced her first spontaneous healing while painting.

She began exhibiting her paintings very early, receiving awards and encouragement. Even so, she felt the need to go deeper into the heart of the creative process itself. She withdrew from the demands of exhibiting her work, choosing to paint and explore art-making in seclusion for many years, exhibiting her work only occasionally.

In her own search for well-being, she found energy healing to be a kinesthetic art form that allows the whole person to heal from the inside out. Deeper investigation into the physics of energy healing provided her with an understanding of how upliftment occurs, and how we may create that experience intentionally. She experienced another powerful spontaneous healing when she discovered her access to the Akashic Records.

Nancy earned her Master’s Degree in Fine Arts in 1988 at the University of Houston. In 1997, Nancy began 10 years of highly rewarding work in a private practice she called Mind-Body Healing. In 2007, Nancy retired from that business to pursue her art full-time. She continues to give readings from the Akashic Records, while exhibiting and selling her paintings.

Nancy’s creative work expands through experiments in sound and color healing, as well as through studies in art and voice. She continues to refine her deeply reflective “state specific” painting techniques. Her years of immersion in both the visual and healing arts support her desire to create imagery that is truly uplifting. She is grateful for all of the amazing experiences she has had through art, singing and working with energy healing. Her life expresses her intention toward upliftment. She experiences this felt sense of upliftment while painting.
